Solo singer-songwriter Sloopy McCoy has released a new collection of songs on her Bandcamp this morning under the name “Full Service Moon”. The release features 8 songs, including a Patsy Cline and a Foo Fighters cover. In true Sloopy fashion it’s densely varied, with the only real unifying factors being McCoy’s bass, voice, and inclination towards samples.
It’s been a long time since 2020’s “now entering spittle county”, so it should be exciting for many to hear new material from this project. I enjoyed it quite a bit on first listen, go ahead and give it a try!
